Ann has been with the firm since it was formed in 1991, having previously worked for a national firm of land agents.

As well as managing our own accounts and payroll departments, Ann provides clients with a comprehensive range of book-keeping services. These book-keeping services include providing a full audit trail for accountants at year end, monthly management reports and cashflow budgeting, VAT returns and partial exemption calculations, payroll, including annual returns and a property management system which provides a diary system to control rent reminders, reviews and terminations and rent demands.
