Hazel joined Bowlts forestry team in September 2014 on a part time basis whilst studying for an HND in Forestry from the Scottish School of Forestry in Inverness. In December 2015 Hazel was promoted to forester while continuing to work towards a BSc in Sustainable Forest Management.
Hazel previously worked with the Forestry Commission in Moray and Aberdeenshire as both an industrial placement student and a Forest Management Work Supervisor. She has also attained practical experience through working as an independent contractor within the forest industry.
